This refreshingly unique salon situated in the high class Georgian building “Blake House” on Blake Street in the heart of the beautiful city of York. This elegant modern boutique style salon offers the height of luxury at affordable prices. From the moment you enter with the gentle chakra fragrances to our highly trained, passionate and caring team who have gained over 30 years’ expereince in the hair dressing industry, including 17 years of working within the education of hairdressing. Our priority is that our guests are provided with the highest quality of service and encounter the ultimate salon experience.

Here at Blake & Butler we use on the highest quality products including the luxurious Aveda/Wella Professional, Gelish nail products and Environ skin care.
“Amy gave me lovely greeting . I liked her soonest when I saw her at the beautiful entrance. She did precisely divide my hair by twisting hair for some parts and good and neat scissors work with her nice conversation. I showed her how I would like to be that pictures on my phone and I became what I was looking for many years. The way she did was very similar to my Japanese hair salon in Japan and I was so pleased I can get this here, therefore I have not often satisfied hair salon in York before except one of nice mobile beautician used to come to my house 12 years ago but she is no longer doing that business as she has other business.
